The finest ingredients, masterfully prepared by the chef of the Hotel Palace Berlin, will transform your celebration into a culinary highlight.
Our chef will prepare the Christmas classic for you:
- Crispy roast goose, perfectly cooked, juicy, and golden brown
- Homemade potato dumplings, fluffy and hearty
- Traditional goose gravy, rich and delicately seasoned
- Red and green cabbage, lovingly spiced with fine seasonings
- Baked apple purée, a festive burst of flavor
- Sweet surprise from our pâtisserie, melting in your mouth
- A bottle of red wine (0.7 l), perfectly paired to complement the menu
This feast is designed for 4-6 people - ideal for spoiling your loved ones at a festive table. For €229 you get the goose including all the delicious side dishes.

Important Information for Ordering:
- The last ordering opportunity for Christmas is December 13, 2024.
- Pickup between November 11 and December 26, 2024 (10:00 AM - 10:00 PM) – make sure to secure your festive Goose to Go in time!
- Pickup only – conveniently collect your "Goose to Go" from us.
- We have only 50 geese available – so order quickly while supplies last.
- Your goose will be fully prepared and ready to enjoy – no cold geese, but directly ready for the table!
